This wider angled shot of the castle puts it in more of a perspective of how it fits with the landscape, revealing that Victor's entire piece land looking like one huge piece of accidental art, or rather, an improvised still-life, leaving the viewer wondering how accidental any of it is. Considering that Victor had this piece of land for more than 30 years, its doubtful that when he put something somewhere that it was purely a random act.
